Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1969. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (board of governors, 1976-77); Dorchester County Bar Association (past president). Member, Maryland Bar Foundation. Board of Directors, Dorchester General Hospital, 1976-79. Past president, Rotary Club. Distinguished Service Award, Cambridge Jaycees.
