(landscape architecture), magna cum laude, 1979; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., with honors, 1991. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1991. Licensed landscape architect, and attorney. Land planner and site designer. Founding member, North Central Republican Club (vice-president, 1990-91). Committee member, Dulaney District, Boy Scouts of America. Soccer Board, Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council. Coach of girls and boys soccer, baseball, and softball. Married; seven children.
