Pettit College of Law, Ohio Northern University, J.D., 1986; Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) National Law Institute, 1997. Admitted to West Virginia Bar, 1986; Maryland Bar, 1991. Attorney. Private law practice, 1991-94; Law Offices of Scott L. Rolle, LLC, 2007-14. Major, currently assigned to 154th Legal Support Organization, JAG Corps, U.S. Army Reserve, 2001-.
