Final Report to Governor due Dec. 1, 2017.
In July 2015, the Regulatory Reform Commission was created by the Governor (Executive Order 01.01.2015.20).
The Commission is to undertake a comprehensive review of Maryland's regulations, and identify those that create a barrier to or a burden on attracting, creating, and retaining jobs in the State. Further, the Commission is to formulate substantive solutions to remove those barriers and alleviate those burdens.
Authorization for the Commission ends July 9, 2018.
