The four-hundred and twenty-fifth volume of the Archives of Maryland series was originally printed in 1886 by George T. Melvin. The Archives of Maryland edition was published in 2002 by the Maryland State Archives. This volume covers Acts of the General Assembly passed during the 1886 session.
